As an employer seeking to fill a senior position, you want to be sure that the people you engage to find the right candidates, not only understand the nature of the position and the ethos of your company, but also have the experience and diplomacy to go about the task in a discreet and professional manner.

Unlike some of our competitors, CITYside will not charge an up-front fee to undertake an executive search. As long as we are fully briefed with all the relevant details that the position entails, we will only make a charge at the point where a candidate is engaged to commence work. Even then, our terms of business allow for an eight-week settling in period to be absolutely certain that you and your new employee are both completely happy with the selection.

Distance is no object. If you have an office in London and wish to recruit for your office, in say Milan, we have the resources and the experience to locate the right people for you.
